3. Cancellation by Cruise Line

If a cruise is canceled by the cruise line, customers will typically be offered a full refund or an alternative option (such as future cruise credit), depending on cruise line policies.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for certain situations such as eligible trip interruptions. Refund eligibility is subject to cruise line approval.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

• Booking service fees charged by SailServiceNow
• Post-ticketing service fees
• Optional add-ons or special services purchased after ticket issuance
• Third-party processing fees (if applicable)

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Alternate refund methods are not available.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of approval. The actual time to receive funds may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to board a cruise (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the entire fare amount unless specified otherwise by the cruise line.

9. Changes to Itinerary

Itinerary changes made by the cruise line (such as port changes or schedule adjustments) do not typically qualify for a refund. Compensation, if any, is subject to cruise line policies.
