Cancellation Policy

At SailServiceNow, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair. Please review the following guidelines carefully before completing your booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their cruise booking according to the cancellation deadlines provided at the time of booking. The amount refunded depends on when the cancellation is requested.

2. Cancellation Deadlines

• More than 90 days before departure: Full refund (minus service fees, if applicable)
• 60 to 89 days before departure: Partial refund per cruise line policy
• Less than 60 days before departure: No refund (unless otherwise stated by the cruise line)

3. Cruise Line Policies

Each cruise line has its own cancellation terms. These policies will apply to your booking and may vary based on the cruise line, fare type, and destination.

4. Non-Refundable Fares

Some fares are designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These bookings cannot be canceled for a refund but may allow changes or credits depending on cruise line policy.

5. Cancellation Fees

In addition to cruise line fees, SailServiceNow may apply a post-booking service fee for processing cancellations.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or in cash.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process after approval. Processing times may vary based on cruise line policies and payment processors.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to board the cruise without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in full forfeiture of the booking amount.

9. Changes to Itinerary or Cancellation by Cruise Line

If the cruise line cancels a cruise or modifies the itinerary, refunds or credits may be offered per their policy. We will assist you in managing any such changes.

10. Policy Updates

SailServiceNow reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. The current version will be available on this page and apply to all new bookings.
